System Design
A full in-depth site survey is carried out to assess the correct system for both the nature of the building and clients requirements. This also enables ProudCastle Ltd. to pre-emit any installation problems.
Where site surveys are not possible, systems can be designed from site plans using our in-house CAD system and our fully qualified operatives. Full specifications and quotations are then tailored from this to specifically meet client requirements and to achieve the most cost-effective solution.
Installation
ProudCastle's engineers will attend the site to ensure equipment is to the pre-defined specification and – liasing with the client, electrical contractors and other services – ensure a minimum of disruption and a professional installation. |

Commissioning
Upon completion of installation, all systems are commissioned before handover to the client when ProudCastle’s engineers will personally train clients and address any queries regarding the system to the clients' approval.
Guarantee and Maintenance
All equipment supplied and installed by ProudCastle Solutions Limited carries a twelve month manufacturers warranty.
Maintenance contracts are available and can be tailored to meet the individual requirements of each client.
